This is a studio project collaborate with Boeing to carry out an experience design project for in-flight communication system for the next five years. Based on the research and interview, our team created a video to tell the story of an innovated in-flight experience.

Thesis Project: My thesis paper
This research aims to define the challenge and opportunity of influencing consumer behavior in the current EV purchase and use process. The thesis proposes to apply service dominant logic to better understand the potential consumers’ attitude and perception on EV. Based on the research findings, a value assessment tool has been created and tested among those potential users. Positive user feedback indicates that this tool can work together with different stakeholders in the proposed service framework to co-create value for optimizing behavior change.

Client project for DEN
My role: research, wireframe and visual design.
This is a pitch project for DEN, the leading cable provider in India. They have recently partnered with Cisco to bring DOCSIS 3.0 technology to India that allows broadband internet speeds of up to 100mbps.
Our goal is to propose a better digital customer experience for their webpage that can help to introduce the high speed internet into the Indian market.

Client project for CBRE
My role: usability test, wireframe, visual design.
Designed an internal app called HALO for CBRE.
On the employee side, by using bluetooth technology the app can help employees better locate co-workers within the workplace; find and reserve available spaces.
On the company side, it helps them understand the traffic patterns within the workspace for insight on utilization.
